Robotic Calibration System
This P.C. based tool consists of
Two-(2) Lasers
Four-(4) Color Cameras with custom image/pixel measurement software
Two-(2) CMM Certified Tooling Plates with integral level sights.The system is designed to calibrate a three(3) axis robotic machine
which has an integral printed circuit board conveyor.The following calibration information is derived from this system:
- Conveyor leveling plane
- X and Y linear positioning error
- X and Y rotational error
- Z axis linear error
- Overall conveyor alignment....using the second plate with laser
