Overview

This PC-based tool is designed to calibrate a three-axis robotic machine which has an integral printed circuit board conveyor.

The system derives the following calibration data:

  • Conveyor leveling plane
  • X and Y linear positioning error
  • X and Y rotational error
  • Z axis linear error
  • Overall conveyor alignment using the second plate with laser
