Laser Power Mode Controller

The Laser Power Mode Controller is designed to interface with the
standard controls of a commercial Co2 Laser.

The Power Mode Controller controls the ramp-up / ramp-down time
as well as the power on duration pre or post. 

This type of Co2 laser control provides for special cutting and annealing operations.
